Chest, bis and tris done. Started with incline Smith for ten. Weight up on everything this week. Was gonna shoot for 10 of 100 on skull crushers after hitting for 8 last week, but accidentally grabbed the 110 and hit the 10. So that was a nice surprise. Up 2.6 lbs from last weeks check in.

Couple vids from leg day. First was first set. Front squats 285lbx8 reps. Knees buckled a little on number 5 abd the last rep wasn't the best. Next set is a back off set of 225lbs×12. The point is to burn them out heavy then the lighter is more slower and controlled to really exhaust them. I don't think you'll ever see me do a one rep max on anything. That's how you get injured. And I'd rather keep making changes than hurt myself just so I can say "I did this before".

It's crazy the difference in looks between fasted first thing in morning vs 4 meals deep right after a workout. A lot of the mid day pics look like I'm gaining a lot of fat but I promise it's just abdominal distention from eating so much.

woke up fasted at 229. Will be 227-228 by Mondays checkin. Still got some definition in midsection and vascularity in arms. Just always look puffy from so much food by the time I take workout pics. I really dont know what our end goal is for this bulk. I know that my overall goal for now is 240lbs lean with 19-20inch arms. Thanks for hanging in here with me.
