I think it is all just so amazing! The thing about being a great bottom is it takes practice! Constant practice is needed to keep your ass used to being penetrated, especially if you’re wanting to enjoy more of a rough fuck. I thought it might be useful to talk you through a typical ass-play session for me, this particular one in the video was focussed on depth training, but lots of the concepts will hold true for whatever type of session you are doing. 1. I encourage you to focus on your ass and the joy that you can feel and experience from anal penetration alone (i.e. if you have one, put your dick away, we don't need it for this). For me, I certainly don’t need my dick hard or to be jerking off for bottoming to be enjoyable. It’s all about finding the joy in the penetration and the feeling of the stretch and the prostate being stimulated. 2. Always use lots of lube, and start small. Fingers are usually the best place to begin to get things nice and wet and starting to open up. I also find fingers are a great way to explore your ass and get a better idea of what spots feel the best for you. It also helps you really feel how the ass muscles respond to being stimulated and penetrated. Generally they will naturally tighten up at first but don’t rush it and you will feel them relax. 3. If you are comfortable with your fingers and your hole is feeling well-lubed, start with a small dildo as a warm up (and I do realise that what is a “warm-up” dildo for me might be a large dildo for you, and that’s ok! Find some different sized toys that are appropriate for you). The main point here is, don’t even try and start too big. It’s never fun and will probably just leave you sore and unsatisfied. The goal when using the warm up dildo is to get your ass used to being penetrated. You can play around with some depth and then also rhythm. Start slow and work your way up to faster strokes. Try it in different positions and see what feels best, what’s easiest for you to do, what you enjoy the most (remember you don't have to like the feeling of everything...just take note of what you do and don't like). 4. Trying larger sizes is completely up to you. I find that the size I am craving (or the size I am even able to take on a particular day) often varies. For me, sometimes when I play my ass is just insatiably hungry and it is able to keep taking bigger and bigger toys. Sometimes when I play I get to a certain size and it feels satisfying and I just don’t have the need or desire to push further. It’ll come down to a bunch of factors including your mental state, your effort levels, your tolerance to walk that line of ‘pain vs. pleasure’. I always try and not approach any session with too much of an expectation, and more just leave it up to how my ass feels on the day and see where it goes. 5. As I said, this session was about some depth training, and you’ll see I use quite a long dildo (I think this one is 10 inches), and I have worked my hole open with fingers, a small dildo, and then gently riding the large dildo until I am ready to really sit on it nice and deep. I let my body weight help here as I slowly let the toy work its way deeper and deeper inside me. I usually like to end my sessions a bit more rough, once my hole is really opened up and hungry (and because I find ga-ping my hole really turns me on, so if I am going to jerk off then that's usually what helps get me in the mood 😏).
