Today’s lil creek dip was just lovely 🧚‍♀️🌿

Really treasuring my ME time & soaking up as much as I can in the moments that I create time for myself.

Have had some “BIG” decisions to ponder today & sometimes it can get a bit fuckin all over the place in this sweet sweet mind of mine, so rather than letting it consume me, I tried to take action. I held my *brains* hand (so to speak 😋) & did things that I know will help regulate my nervous system & mind.

My, and emphasis on MY (because every BODY is different) favourite go to’s are:

Water- if I can access a creek/ocean/waterfall/bath/shower/pool (tbh even just splash my face in the tap a couple times, but earth water is my preference) - I find that connecting with mumma 🌎, being reminded of the flowwww that life will forever be & allowing myself to drop into the softness of water & letting it wash over me; in a literal & physical sense, it does wonders. Non fairy terms: WATER FEELS FUCKING AMAZING to cleanse my mind when it feels cluttered! 🤣🤘

Breath work: I’ve weirdly had this aversion to being TOO “woo woo” but I ain’t gonna lie- breathwork is THE SHIT! 🤣🙏 i really love a simple continual 30 breaths in & out and then holding on the last breath for as long as feels comfortable & REALLLLLYYY dropping into it. Gahhhh 😌

Holding my hand to my heart- really connecting to the source of my being & then welcoming playfulness, gratitude and deep surrender to really take over (even if it’s just for a little while) before I return to my days tasks.

Worked out together & got those legs n booty absolutely ripped 🤣🦾 ... then with shaking legs we got ourselves a delicious smoothie & feed, 🥗 before heading home & soakin up the sun, in our birthday suits ofc! (Gotta sun our holes 😉😋) We also did some cheeky tik toks- make sure u give em some lovin 💗💗💗

Now I’m snuggled up in bed & got a “SUNg over” (I just made that up 🤭) ... like a hang over, from the sun! 🤣☀️
