

After a yoga session, I’m reminded that you don’t need to be perfect — and I actually love that 😊
It’s not about doing the splits or striking the “perfect pose.”
It’s about tuning into the state of your body and mind.
I always check in with myself: am I relaxed in this position or tense? How am I breathing?
It really helps me understand what’s going on inside 🧘🏻♀️
It’s not always about keeping balance — sometimes it’s just about enjoying the process.
